Another great TFS meeting

Filed under: Team System — phacker @ 10:19 am

Well Angela came down to give a great DBPro presentation at the TFS SIG in Indy last night. It was a great time. It was a little nerve racking at first, we were locked out of the facility and Angela’s badge did not work, but we finally got in. We had folks in all the way from Decatur, Illinois. Awesome, thanks guys!! What I find to be absolutely fantastic (about as much as Angela’s talk) was that the majority of the group hung out afterwards and broke up into small groups to chat TFS stuff. It was exhilarating to stand back and here all the chatter going on. Cube talk here, Tester tools talk there. Man that is what its all about. Well I am hoping next month for a repeat performance. Also keep your eyes out for me to possibly be in Chicago at their TFS group soon.

TFS Step by Step Install Video

Filed under: Team System — phacker @ 2:34 am

It seems that I have been asked quite a few times lately why there is no video step by step walkthrough of a Single server TFS install. I can think of a few reasons, but not enough to stop me from creating one. So that is what I have done. The video is split into 2 parts since trying to upload in one to VSTSRocks was not working. Feel free to check it out at http://vstsrocks.com/files/24/how_to_videos/defaul…
